Servana, operated by Nortbitech Groups, is a technology platform that connects buyers with independent vendors, service providers, restaurants, hotels, healthcare professionals, and delivery partners. Servana is an intermediary, not the seller of third-party goods or the provider of third-party services, unless explicitly stated on a specific listing.

2. No Warranty on Third-Party Offerings

Servana does not warrant, guarantee, or endorse:

• The quality, safety, legality, or authenticity of products sold by vendors
• The skill, qualifications, or reliability of service providers
• The accuracy of product descriptions, images, or pricing set by third parties
• The availability of products or service appointment slots
• The nutritional content, ingredients, or allergen information for food items
• The condition, amenities, or safety of hotel accommodations
• The medical qualifications or treatment outcomes of healthcare providers

3. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app or website
• That defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe
• Compatibility with all devices, operating systems, or network conditions
• Availability of delivery partners or service providers in all locations at all times

6. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are set by vendors and providers. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. Servana reserves the right to cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes. Promotional offers, flash sales, and loyalty rewards are subject to terms displayed at the time of offer and may be modified or withdrawn.
